Daniel’s Promotion
King Nebuchadnezzar was astonished by Daniel’s wisdom and ability to interpret his dream, something no one else could do. Impressed by Daniel’s insight, the king rewarded him with a position of great honor and authority, appointing him as the ruler over the entire province of Babylon. In addition to this, Daniel’s close friends—Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego—were also given important positions of power within the kingdom.
Bible Verse: “Then the king placed Daniel in a high position.” (Daniel 2:48)
