The Battle Begins

David walks onto the battlefield, gripping his simple sling, his heart steady with faith. Before him stands Goliath, a towering warrior clad in armor, holding a massive spear. The giant lets out a booming laugh at the sight of the young shepherd boy.
“Am I a dog, that you come at me with sticks?” Goliath mocks, his voice full of scorn. He sees only a boy with no armor, no sword—just a sling and a few small stones.
But David does not waver. With unwavering confidence, he calls out, “You come against me with sword and spear, relying on your strength and weapons. But I come against you in the name of the Lord Almighty, the God of Israel, whom you have defied!”
In this moment, David is not just a shepherd—he is a warrior of faith, trusting that God will deliver victory, no matter how impossible it seems.

Bible Verse: “You come against me with sword and spear, but I come against you in the name of the Lord Almighty.” (1 Samuel 17:45)
