Goliath Falls
David grips his simple sling tightly, his heart steady with faith. With a swift, practiced motion, he swings it in circles above his head, building momentum. Then, at just the right moment, he lets go of one end of the sling, sending a small but powerful stone hurtling through the air. The stone cuts through the sky like an arrow and strikes Goliath, the mighty Philistine warrior, directly in the forehead.
The impact is so strong that Goliath’s towering frame wobbles. His eyes widen in shock as he loses balance. A moment later, the giant collapses with a deafening crash, shaking the ground beneath him. The Philistine soldiers watching from a distance freeze in disbelief—how could a young shepherd defeat their greatest champion with nothing but a sling and a single stone?
