Solomon, The Future King

Solomon continued to grow in wisdom and gained favor with both God and the people. As the years passed, he became one of the most remarkable and respected kings in Israel’s history. He was especially known for his extraordinary wisdom, which was a gift from God, and for overseeing the construction of the magnificent temple in Jerusalem, a place dedicated to worshiping God.

The Bible tells us in 1 Kings 3:12 that God said to Solomon:
“I will give you a wise and discerning heart so that there will never have been anyone like you, nor will there ever be.”

This means that Solomon was blessed with unmatched wisdom, allowing him to make just and fair decisions, guide his people wisely, and leave a lasting legacy as a ruler devoted to God.
