Gosful safety
Event safety guide
Gosful helps people discover independent gatherings and connect with their organizers. We do not sell event tickets, handle event payments or guarantee an organizer, venue, reservation or admission.
Confirm the details before you go
Check the date, time, venue and advertised admission conditions. For a paid event, call the public organizer number or contact them on WhatsApp to confirm prices, available space and whether a reservation is needed.
Do not send advance payments
Gosful does not support advance deposits, bank transfers or payment links for events. A host may take a reservation enquiry over the phone, but do not pay to reserve your place in advance. Pay only at the venue under clearly communicated admission conditions.
Check the organizer carefully
Account age, contact confirmation, past listings and guest feedback are informational signals, not identity verification or a safety guarantee. Be cautious of unusual changes to contact details, demands for secrecy or a claimed affiliation with an unconfirmed venue.
Protect your personal information
Do not share bank credentials, one-time codes, ID photos or other sensitive account data with an unknown organizer. Contact an event host only using information you are comfortable sharing. For in-person plans, tell someone you trust where you are going.
Report suspicious events
If someone requests advance payment, misrepresents a venue, uses stolen images or appears to be running a scam, use the Report event link on the listing. Gosful may review, restrict or remove listings and accounts based on its policies. For imminent danger, contact local emergency services.
