Be accurate and useful
Describe genuine experiences in reviews. Keep place and event details accurate, avoid misleading claims and duplicate listings, and correct information when it changes. Do not invent ratings, attendance figures or verification claims.
Respect media rights
Only upload photographs or event artwork you own or have permission to publish. Do not upload private, abusive or infringing material, and do not use media that misrepresents a place or event.
Respect people and identities
Do not impersonate venues, businesses or event hosts, harass people, collect or republish attendee names or photographs without permission, or use community features for spam. Public attendee previews are for event discovery, not surveillance or unsolicited outreach. Only publish events you host or are authorised to manage. Co-host participation requires the invited member’s acceptance. Business claims must honestly describe your role and authority.
Report problems
Use the report link on a listing to flag incorrect, abusive or infringing content. Administrators review reports, record moderation reasons, and may remove content or suspend accounts. Reviews and business claims retain their separate review processes.
