Terms of use
Responsibilities for using Gosful accounts, listings and community features.
Using Gosful
Keep your account secure and use the platform responsibly. Listings help visitors discover places and events; details can change. Confirm important visiting arrangements, dates and admission information with the venue or organiser.
Publishing responsibilities
Publish information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Share only photographs or other content you own or have permission to publish. Only create events you genuinely host or are authorised to manage. Primary hosts are responsible for event accuracy, lawful arrangements, venue permission, attendee safety, cancellation and refund obligations. Co-hosts must accept an invitation before being displayed and do not automatically become payout recipients. Before publishing, accept the current publishing agreement and follow the Community Guidelines.
Event visibility and personal information
When you join an event, your selected attendance-visibility preference determines where your display name and profile photo may appear. If you select Everyone, visitors may see you in public event previews. Do not collect, scrape, republish, harass or misuse attendee identities, profile photos or event participation details. Gosful Plus provides discovery features only within member privacy and messaging permissions. You can update attendance visibility in Settings or separately for each event.
Business authority
Creating a place listing does not verify business ownership. Verified place-management claims require a separate administrative review. Event hosts are identified through the account that creates their event; being shown as a host is not a Gosful endorsement or identity verification.
Moderation and event admission
Gosful may remove reported content or suspend accounts that violate these rules. Use the reporting controls to request a correction or review. Free registration and paid event tickets can be handled on Gosful for eligible events. Paid transactions are processed by Paystack, while ticket inventory, confirmation and check-in are managed on Gosful. Primary event hosts remain responsible for delivering their events, following published cancellation or refund terms, handling venue permissions, and resolving guest disputes. Paystack processes eligible payments and settlements, and Gosful may intervene where required by law, payment-provider rules or its policies. These terms do not exclude statutory rights or responsibilities.
