Effective 10 October 2026 · What to expect when purchasing or registering for an event on Gosful.
1. Who provides your event
The named event Host is responsible for organising and delivering the event, its venue, advertised programme and admission arrangements. Gosful provides registration, payment and communication technology; publishing an event does not mean we endorse it.
2. Before checkout
Review the event date, ticket type, location, restrictions, total price, applicable platform and payment charges, cancellation conditions and Host identity. Your total payable amount is shown before you authorize payment. Free registrations do not incur ticket payment fees.
3. Payments, tickets and confirmation
Paystack processes eligible paid transactions. Gosful issues your ticket after payment confirmation. A successful bank debit without a valid ticket should be reported through Support with your transaction reference. Keep ticket and check-in credentials private. Tickets are subject to the advertised admission terms and applicable law.
4. Event changes and refunds
If the Host cancels, never delivers or materially misrepresents the event, you may qualify for a full refund under the Gosful Refund Policy and Nigerian consumer-protection law. Voluntary cancellation can attract reasonable disclosed charges where permitted. Provider processing fees paid by the merchant may not be refunded to the merchant, but this does not automatically reduce a full refund owed to you.
5. How to request help
Use the Refund Request control on your order or the Support page. Ordinary refund requests are sent to the Host for a response within two business days. Suspected fraud, duplicate payments, missing tickets and bank chargebacks may be escalated without waiting for that period. Your bank and card scheme may have separate dispute procedures.
6. Personal information
Gosful processes personal data to manage your account, registration, receipts and event messages. Hosts and accepted co-hosts can view authorized registration answers needed for event administration, but buyers’ account email addresses are not automatically made public or shared with other attendees.
7. Conduct and legal rights
Follow reasonable, disclosed venue safety and age restrictions. Misuse or fraudulent purchase of tickets may result in access limits. No provision removes rights that Nigerian law does not allow a trader or platform to exclude. Contact Gosful Support if you need assistance.
